First, the olive tree has been known to bear fruit for a thousand years, and Paul is interested in helping people to grow and leave a financial legacy. His commitment to the families that seek his counsel is to help them develop and stick with a long term financial and investment plan that will bear much fruit across generations.
Second, the olive tree represents God's blessing and covenant over generations of people. The roots grow deep and fruit is borne out of its faithful patience to slowly reap the goodness from the earth which God created. Likewise, investing as a faithful steward for the longterm can help produce much financial reward and joy for generation upon generation.
